Absolute garbage. Called and scheduled on a Friday for Tuesday service call. Tuesday rolls around and I confirm the 10AM-2PM window, dispatch confirms I am good to go and address is correct. Magically at 230PM I call asking where the technician is at and dispatch tells me "he couldn't find your address so he didn't come by, can we reschedule?" Absolute joke. If you can't work a GPS after confirming the correct address 3 times, how can you possibly fix a fridge? DO NOT USE, WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I reached out to this company they were very timely to get out to me for a quote quick to take a deposit for the cook top that they had to order. Time passes the cook top comes in broken I was offered a refund on my deposit and told to go look for one. I agreed I asked for my deposit to be refunded found a stove top same day and ended up installing my self when they took forever to order. This is not where this ends I was told my deposit would hit the account 7-10 business days it was the holidays around thanksgiving. I gave the benefit of the doubt and still no deposit back after no help or calls on updates I knew they were done with me so here I am writing this review still no deposit back when I keep being told it is pending, it should not take more than a full month to still not have my funds credit back to me fast to take the money but when it comes to refunds don't count on it! I hope this helps some one just be carful I know you can call them for the convivence but really you save money by finding the part your self and getting a handyman it was not hard in this case very disappointed in a company with I thought a good reputation.
