They don't stand behind there are 30 day guarantee. This is the 3rd time I've had them to my home in the past few months. The service tech Tim was great but office manager isn't. Don't spend your hard earned money here.

I'm a new homeowner and do all my own house repairs myself. My sewer line has had a habit of getting clogged with roots and debris and needs to be flushed out or augered every week or two or it starts to drain all the water in my house into my basement. After about a week of struggling with the worst blockage I've encountered, yesterday, I had to swallow my pride and call a professional. I had an appointment set up for today. My tech was Gabe. He called 20 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciate, he arrived, I told him about the problem, and he said it shouldn't take long and got to it. It took him about 1 hour to fix something I have spent countless hours on this last week. I felt like the work done was incredibly affordable. This is how they left my condo. The guy said he couldn't fix my bathroom drain because I had a blind T in my wall. NOT TRUE! Called A-1 they new exactly what was wrong. They fixed it with in a hour.
