A car was parked in front of my can and the recycle truck came by but unfortunately they couldn’t empty my bin because of the car. Called customer service and waited on hold for 35 minutes only for them to tell me they have absolutely no way to contact the driver or the local company to see if the driver could come back as he is still in the neighborhood. Pretty disappointing as this was not my fault and this is 2025… you’d think they have a number to call
