I don’t know something told me to get a second opinion as soon as I got another plumber out here he was done in less than 45 minutes then charge me a fraction of what they were trying to! Yes, Roto Rooter has higher prices than some others, that's to be expected in my mind. However, when I needed service relatively quickly, they were willing and able to make the trip. Matt & Becky are personable, knowledgeable, and work to quickly solve problems. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
