Replacement of 4 toilets, shutoff valve, water supply line and repair of a flange. Took 2 days and for a total of 7 hours. This company is very responsive with calls but seems to be overbooked as the technician (Jake) had to leave in the middle of the work to another site. The technician was on time and called prior to driving to site which was great. The toilet work looks great, but there is no information regarding labor warranty and I have not received a response in regards to it. Their per hour rates are competitive but may have been cheaper to find a company that has per-job rates for work that requires multiple hours. The company was willing to provide a breakdown of the hours worked when I requested them due to a discrepancy with the hours balancing.

Excellent experience with TitleTown Plumbing, I called on Christmas Eve for an emergency and they were able to come same day without an issue to fix my pipe leak and help me having water. I would highly recommend that this company is the best plumbing company in all of Gainesville, FL! There is no one else to call when you need plumbing repairs (both residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs). Rocky is a great guy, as well. He is very reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent experience! I called mid morning for an emergency and they were able to come same day without an issue. The job before me took a couple hours more than expected, but they kept me in the know with updates and still came out after 5pm to work me in the day. I would highly recommend them and will use again if I have future plumbing needs!
