Amazing experience. I had a serious issue with my laptop’s motherboard, and they were able to fix damaged chips when no other repair shop in Gainesville could help me. They took the time to explain everything, were honest about the process, and kept me informed the whole time. My laptop is working perfectly now, and I’m really grateful for their work. Excellent service. I took my laptop to several places in Gainesville and none of them could find or fix the problem. This company was the only one that took the time to properly diagnose the issue and successfully repair it. Eddy was professional, honest, and very clear in explaining what was wrong. My laptop now works perfectly. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing.
Great service!!! I was a little nervous at first about getting my laptop repaired since the shop isn’t a big, mainstream place, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance! The same technician helped me from start to finish, and he was always patient, informative, and reassuring. Having one person consistently handle my laptop and answer all my questions made the whole process feel comfortable and trustworthy. Additionally, as an out-of-state student at UF, they made it really easy for my parents to be involved in the process, receive updates, and pay via phone! Highly recommend!
