Toni from Wind River Environmental went above and beyond for us. He came out on Thanksgiving during an emergency situation and was absolutely amazing. Kind, Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We’re so grateful for his service and will absolutely be recommending this company to others because of him!!! Absolutely the best!!!

The tech sent by Wind River, Jose Bravo, did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and had a very pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor. He had to work under difficult weather conditions and yet took his time in making sure everything was done properly. I’ve used Wind River three times for septic tank issues, and I’ve been very pleased with the workers they have sent. Very communicative and courteous

Was extremely pleased when Wind River scheduled my septic service within 24 hrs. Antwan, the technician who responded, was a real gem. Since it was several years since our last septic draining, I was unsure of the exact location, but with Antwan's expertise it proved to be a minor issue. I will definitely recommend both Wind River Environmental and Antwan to all my neighbors & friends
