A God send! If you’re in need of a reliable roofing company, look no further. I encountered a leak in August and tried reaching out to my home warranty for assistance. However, they informed me that they were backed up and that I should find someone else to handle finding someone. Frustrated, I began searching and received a quote of $30,000 for a new roof from another company. I was willing to proceed until I was denied financing. Feeling discouraged, I turned to Angi’s list today and was referred to Roof Masters. They called me within a few minutes to schedule an estimate. I spoke with George who was incredibly responsive and understanding. He genuinely cared about my concerns regarding the leak and was willing to work with me. I had true tears forming in my eyes. He came out today and took a look. He explained that the roof was in good condition but had been poorly installed, and that a simple repair was all that was needed and he offered me a very fair price. Sometimes, delayed is not denied, and I’m glad that denial led me to Roof Masters. They completed the repair in less than an hour, and I couldn’t be more grateful for George’s professionalism and exceptional service. Thank you, George, for making this experience so positive.
