We had a great experience today. The team came out to deep clean the drains at our new store and worked over four hours making sure everything was flowing properly again. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what they were doing. We truly appreciate the help as we prepare to open our small family business. It’s great to work with local companies who take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Sewer main line was backing up in basement. We needed help fast. Called several plumbers I’ve used before, but no one could get there until Monday (It was Thursday). I finally reached Rocky Mountain Sewer, whom I had never heard of. The office person was pleasant, polite, and assured me they could do the job the same day between 3:30-4:00 and that I would get a text when the tech was on his way. Kyler was fantastic from start to finish. He provided a same-day estimate and travelled from GJ to Routt County to perform the work we needed a few weeks later. He was extremely professional, communicative, honest, educational, and patient with us as we gathered information to make an informed decision. It was a stressful time for us after finding out we needed a new sewer line on New Years Day, but we were so thankful Kyler was available to assist. We came home to stopped up toilet and could see that some water had backed up into the tub. Freaking out!!! This was Wednesday afternoon. Of course no one could get to us that day. I called ROCKY MOUNTAIN PLUMBING, right away we got a price, and a time, which was the very next morning. We were so happy. They were to arrive between 8:30-9:30 am..Everett showed up at 8:30 on the nose! Yay! He assessed the problem, ran the snake and had to fix our outdoor sewer entry cap as the previous owners had glued it on. He was a trooper. EVERETTwas so nice and knowledgeable.
