Scott did an amazing job! He really went out of his way to clean the carpet very thoroughly and was extremely polite and kind to my elderly mother. I had an excellent experience dealing with their receptionist and their service is very efficient. I will definitely call them again.
We had a pipe burst in on the wall of our house which created the water to flood into the crawl space under the house. Jay at Mr. Vac was able to advise us on how to proceed and had a technician at our house within a couple hours to begin the remediation. Katie our technician was efficient and professional. We are so happy with the service and professionalism from the folks at Mr. Vac. We would call them again without question.
Extremely prompt, even over a holiday weekend. They worked around my schedule and the plumbers schedule. Very flexible and easy to work with. Great communication. They called before they were arriving, they communicated when they were in the house and gave me a summary each time they left. And they had all the necessary equipment and knew their job. What more could you ask for?
