970 Construction

I heard these guys did a job without authorization from the owner. Now they are demanding payment. she was going to hire someone else. I also learned that this particular job was completed by 970 without proper permits. Which I know was required. Be careful. They may just show up to do work without owner consent. Yes this job was a rental so the tenants just assumed a they were supposed to be there.

Raul did very good work for me through 970 construction. He always arrived on time and kept me apprised of what work he was doing. I had a very pleasant experience with him and 970 construction.

The 970 Constitution team was great to work with. They did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel, the work was done quickly and looks great! Will definitely be getting back in touch with them for future projects!

I had a issue with my hot water heater and the guys at 970 came through for me. I was completely beside myself, distraught and overwhelmed by sudden major repair needed in my home. They gave me a reasonable price, and the work was done within 1 day. But more importantly ... They told hard truths to keep me safe. I am confident the work was done with competence and care. We went with Brock for our home we purchased in November 2023. It was always difficult to get ahold of anyone. Concrete poured wrong. Large divots creating puddles and ice by the front stairs and driveway ( was told it would be fixed, before last payment), installed gutters which NONE of them drain. All of them hold water and leak at the seams. Inside work was subpar. A wall was removed leaving large holes in the floor and spot in the doorway when the door was replaced (was told they had flooring to use to fill the area, before last payment) and the cabinets are all wonky and scuffed.
