Incredibly fast service. They scheduled me to receive service the very next day. Joe, the tech, was efficient and resolved the issue. He was also very kind. I’m grateful because the previous company, Lake Appliances, who was originally supposed to fix our dryer, rescheduled our appointment twice. We didn’t have a dryer for 3 weeks! This company was a relief!
I have an old 1970's Sears Roebucks dual oven range, and the main oven stopped working due to a faulty wire jumper. Unfortuanely, you can no longer buy the replacement part. That's were River City Appliance Repair came to the rescue! They were able to make a new wire jumper from scratch, and I got my old oven working like new again. Thanks!
Super kind and knowledgeable repair technician and scheduling staff. Great work done right, explained the issue and quickly ordered parts to fix it. Cleaned up and left no mess after the repairs. We also really appreciated that the technician wore a filtration mask the whole time with no hesitation or complaints, since we have a family member with cancer.
My dishwasher cleaned well but it gave the dishes a stinky smell. The filter in this dishwasher is part of the motor (Maytag). The filter would have cost more to replace than to buy a new dishwasher. Since the dishwasher is only 2 years old, the Tech guy Josh ✨✨✨✨✨decided to clean the hose going from dishwasher to garbage disposal. Wow, we couldn’t be happier. The cost was just the service price to come to investigate the issue. Dishes smell clean. Josh also provided free training on how to care for this particular dishwasher. Lol, it went in one ear and out the other. Why bother it’s so cheap to have him come out once a year for maintenance.
What a great company you can trust! Very friendly and transparent from the get go. Costs are very reasonable and was able to make same day appt. Josh the technician was great and found the issue with our washer quickly. I highly recommend their company.
