We had a terrible experience with Ergeon. Our first account manager (Anthony Marquez) quoted the project incorrectly. We asked for alternating panels but he quoted having the pickets only on one side. When the installers noticed the difference they immediately contacted the project manager (Aikim) but he never responded. I had to go out and ask the installers to stop until it was cleared up. I called Ergeon ~5 times that day and only got people who would take a message to relay to the project manager. I was never able to reach anyone who could help with the project on the day of the install. My project manager (Aikim) called back a day later and was able to get the alternating panels approved. The team came back ~5 days after they had started and put up the alternating panels. Then they asked for me to sign off on the work and pay for the project. When they hadn't even finished the entire length of the fence from the quote!! They tried to tell me the remainder of the fence was not in my quote and to complete the entire fence it was going to cost more. (So much for the "quote guarantee" they made.) I pointed out that the quote clearly said 25 feet of the fence was on a "slope" and they hadn't started on the hill at all. The account manager refused to come back out and said the job was done even though they had not replaced 25 feet of fence. I had to escalate the issue to Ergeon!! I got ahold of an escalation specialist who spent a couple days going through the issue. They came back with a new quote to install a section which was already done and contended they had completed the section on the hill even though they had not. It was complete nonsense but it was for 25 feet of fence so we went with it. They came out and completed the install for ~15% more than they had quoted me in the beginning. In total I had to work with 4 account managers. None of which ever came to my property to do the quotes or look at the project.
