I have used Pro Max a couple of times and could not be happier with the service they provide. Paul and Boris came out last week to repair the indoor ice make in the refrigerator. The issue was not corrected so they came back since it was under warranty. They were able to correct the concern and the ice maker is working perfectly. Paul and Boris explained everything during the repair which I really appreciated. They both are very proffesional, courteous and thorough. They never try to sell you anymore than is needed and always makes it right. The people who answer the phone have always been great and know what the are doinging.They respond quickley to messages and phone calls and are very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Pro Max to any one looking for a reputable and honest company.
