Rinaldi Energy

Today I had Dave (the second Dave) come to my house to clean my boiler and do the yearly cleaning. He was AMAZING! Very impressed with his knowledge, explained to me in a way that I could understand. He values his company, his a very good representative of Rinaldi. Very personable. Went above and beyond to help me deal with heating issues at my house. We have been using Rinaldi Energy for a while now and their oil deliveries are always on time. Very friendly staff in general. I recommend 100%

Rinaldi has been the best. We struggled to find a company that was interested in replacing our oil tank. We were either ghosted or given a “we’re not interested” price. Rinaldi had a fair quote in our hands and a new tank installed in no time at all. The work was performed on what turned out to be bitterly cold day, and our house never came close to freezing. Replacing an oil tank is a messy job and they left the house immaculate. Service has been fantastic. Prices & scheduling are very reasonable, and there are never any surprises. The techs are great people and take the time to explain how things work and what we should and shouldn’t worry about. We’re first-time homebuyers and it’s been a learning experience, but Rinaldi has done a lot to help us with that. Deliveries are always timely. We’re never left worrying if that last quarter of a tank will get us through. Office staff are great. Karlee is always awesome to work with.
