I have to add my review because Dave, our tow truck driver, and Scott, our mechanic, were absolutely outstanding. These guys went above and beyond normal customer service. They were friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. We were in a tough spot with our family car being unsafe to drive and they got us back on the road quickly and for a great price.
I needed a tow and Via Liberty Mutual, Jayden from Southerner Maine Towing. I was impressed with how well and often they communicated with me. Jayden gave me a call as he neared my house. He deftly maneuvered his truck in the driveway. Fortunately, Jayden was able to get my car started and made sure I was able to drive it. Jayden was so pleasant Would definitely use Southern Maine Towing again
My truck was stuck on a rock that I didn’t see next to a driveway. These guys figured out how to get the truck off the rock without damaging anything any further. It would have been easy for them to ridicule me for doing something dumb, but they were really professional. They were great to work with and got me on my way quickly. Awesome service.
