Powr Point Is a genuine local quality company that takes care of their customers. I had a flood with a recently put in a generator and had to demolish my house, so the company removed the Generator they just installed Kept it at their location for two years while I rebuild my home. Not only did they remove it for me, but if stored it And they’re working with me to rebuild. You don’t always see this type of help in assistance anymore. They truly have been great and the personnel have been class A.
My Generator was installed about a year ago and the wifi to be able to see on my phone has worked 3 days. 1 day on their first try and 2 days on try#2. I didn't keep calling them so that's on me, even though their system flags my unit when it is not working. Installation in two to three weeks was what I was told. The real install turned into two to three months and they were doing me a big favor.The sub contractor electrician was very good and did a great job. I'm still unable to see it on my phone. So after all this time I would really appreciate it being fixed.
