Riley’s Services Inc, Excavation & Property Services

I would give this company 0 stars but you can't do that on here. I called to get some service done for a government contract as a customer/ businesses ower and I spoke to a lady that was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. She needs to work on her customer's service skills and not hung up the phone on people who is just being nice. I'm not even a sell person or teller marketer! Business owner! I know that people call every day for the same job but it's no need to be rude. I called this company because I thought by reading about their business that they would be a great choice but after having a rude phone service experience I'm happy that we didn't do business together. She could have just simply say thank you for reaching out to our company but we aren’t interested and be kind. Kindness goes a long way. I really didn't appreciate the disrespect.

I recently had the pleasure of work with Riley’s Services, I cant say enough positive feedback. Riley and his team were so professional, respectful, educated, and graceful in their machines. Riley understood my project requirements, relayed it to his team and the execution was precise, accurate, and perfect. Riley is astonishingly busy but always made it a point to answer me within a reasonable time frame and stop by my job site multiple times to check in with his team and us, the customer. All of the brand new trucks and machines preforming unparalleled work led to 3 of my neighbors stopping by and going into contract for their own projects with Riley. I can not recommend Riley and his team enough. They now are doing weekly mowing and plowing for me after the stellar job on the excavation work they did for me!
