They are an excellent company. The technician Bruce was friendly, knowledgable and super helpful. He went out of his way to explain things. He got the part brought out and the furnace fixed within 2 hours of the appointment. He also wrote information down clearly and presented the money saving membership option quickly and in a low pressure way. Overall great service.

We contacted Right Now Heating and Plumbing because the Carbon Dioxide alarms they had installed nine months earlier, had gone off in our home. They were able to send a technician that same afternoon. Bruce, the technician, was great. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He immediately began to troubleshoot the issue. Even though no major issues were found, he did replace our Carbon Dioxide unit thinking it might be faulty.

Great service on both my furnace and AC as well as stting up appointments to install insulation under the floor and in the attic. The price was very good on both services. The servive tect was effecient and effecient.
