I appreciate the professionalism and care that Dean took in inspecting my furnace and hot water heater. He was thorough and took the time to go over his report with me explaining options if I chose to repair my water heater rather than replace it. I was pleasantly surprised at the special Owyhee offered to do the inspection.

I needed a new toilet. Our service person showed us options for a new one and we were confident that he had the knowledge to get it installed.
