Had the team out for warranty work and to install water softener/RO. Guy went the extra mile to ensure all issues were resolved with warranty work and to explain everything about the new system. Arturo and his team knocked out the softener install with absolute professionalism and attention to detail. Really happy customers here!
Guy, Arturo, and Omar were our techs today and they are awesome! We had three major systems installed in one day with precision and in a timely manner. Plus, some extras we simply asked about, and they were diagnosed and resolved on the spot!! Functionality was explained in detailed and by the time the guys left, we knew we were in good hands!! Guy has been our tech since moving to Idaho in 2020. So, we knew the quality of anyone he recommends would be equal to the ability we have come know in Guy!! Gabriel with Prime Plumbing installed a water softener system for my home. Gabriel took time to ensure I understood every aspect of the system. He did a very professional installation. I highly recommend him and Prime Plumbing. Very responsive and timely.
I had a great experience with John B. And his apprentice. I appreciate their hard work on my drains and a happy attitude they showed while working. They stuck in there when others I believe would’ve given up. I had serious issues with my drains. I even had sewage coming up through my shower drain. They worked and worked and after there persistence, they removed this (see photo) I would definitely recommend John and his apprentice to tackle all of my plumbing needs.
I want to share about this wonderful local company. A 85 year old man came to my office and has been for at least the last week talking about how his furnace wasn't working. We were able to get the attention of this local company. They Came out and made the appropriate repairs in minutes! Thanks Bauer crew!
