Wish I could give Zach 10 stars!! I needed help with what I thought was a septic problem. Found Canyon Septic online and was so glad I did. Zach arrived at our house the same day. Turned out it was not a septic problem, but Zach went above and beyond to help - even after hours. I DEFINITELY will be calling Zach in the future with all our septic needs and will highly recommend him to friends and family.
We had some very dirt clogged drain field pipes Zach was great in coordinating the excavation and within a couple of hours had was able to hydro jet and suction out all the dirt so our drain field pipes are clear once again. Whew! It could have been a much more costly repair had he not had the equipment to do this.
I cant say enough about this company. Our system was backed up so I gave Zach a call. He was busy but said he could work me in the next day. He showed up and stayed until after 9pm making sure the drain field was total cleaned out and I had all the information I needed to keep it that way. He even called the plumbing supply company the next day to have all the items I'd need ready to pick up for installing a cleanout access pipe to my drain field. These are the guys to call when you have septic issues!
You can trust these guys! Had an emergency call out issue with my septic tank. Zach came out after hours, ended up clearing the issue without needing to pump. I don't know what I'm doing with these systems, he could have charged 3 times what he did and I would have thought it was a deal. Honest folks that deserve your business.
Zach is a great guy! He took his time to help us learn about what type of system we have and where it is on our property. He even offers a free live camera inspection of our system to be sure it was all in good shape. On top of it, his price was the lowest of all the others I called. We will definitely be using Canyon Septic Services in the future.
