Steve is such a hard worker and honest with reasonable pricing. He just put in our new required backflow system for summit county and has a tester he recommends as well. The most reasonable quote and he found a few leaks along the way and fixed those as well. Definitely a five star rating.

I can't understand the negative reviews but I think those may date back to the previous ownership. We had Rick's Sprinkler (now owned by Steve) replace our ancient backflow preventer. Steve came when promised and did the work himself with the help of an assistant. The install was excellent and Steve carefully explained how things worked, what to watch for, and how to winterize and start up if we wanted to do it ourselves. He was scrupulously honest and didn't try to oversell. His pricing was also significantly better than some of his competitors. Very pleased with the entire process.
