Incredible place! The people, the bikes, and service are all top notch! Free tune up after purchase. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ordered 2 bikes in the Spring, one was delayed by the manufacturer, so they loaned me a new e-bike for 3 months until mine arrived.
Wow, wow, wow. I never thought adding a guide to my MTB experience would be so powerful. PCBD’s finely tuned E MTB full floater was the ticket. This combined with my GOAT guide Jamin for 2 days of riding allowed worry free exploration of the numerous downhill flow trails and more around the area. A best kept secrete so far but I imaging it will be hard to get a reservation in the near future. Awesome experience.
I was on vacation at the Canyons in Park City. I went to another bike shop to get a rear mech adjustment and they messed up my shifting so bad and spent like 30 minutes trying to adjust something simple. My chain had no tension and my rear mech had play. I went to Park City Bike and Demo and they open earlier than the other shops. Walked in and was greeted by a very nice mechanic. He fixed my rear mech in about a minute and charged me nothing. My bike shifts like a dream. I was impressed by all the sick bikes and gear they had. Best customer service ever. Next time I am in Park City I am going here to do some shopping. The customer service is epic. Thank you so much for helping me.
Ian was fantastic at PCBD! He was so friendly and helpful and set us up with awesome Rocky Mountain carbon fiber full suspension bikes and helmets. We rode the Round Valley Trails which are only 5 minutes from the bike shop. We were super happy with their prices and service and highly recommend them for your biking needs while in the Park City area! Thanks Ian!
