The absolute worse appliance repair shop I have ever worked with! They do not stand beyond their repairs and what makes matters further worse is that they never pick up their phone and you cannot leave a message. I had them repair my washing machine and then when I went to use it it was still not draining. I tried forever to get an appointment and could not get a day that worked. Now when I call they say they do not have any service people to come out at all! I do not think they want to come out and admit they did not fix it properly because they want to charge me again. So disappointed! Don't get scammed like me!

Middle Sister
We needed parts to fix our dryer and they did not have ours but offered to order them for the next day. Less than 24 hours later they called and the parts were there. Best part, they were Brand parts -. Very happy with their parts department and will use them again.
