Republic Services Winston-Salem Landfill

Driving through Kernersville today on Salisbury Street/Union Cross Rd near Masten Drive, a Rebulic Services truck was infront of me. The truck was #1236, no license plate. A giant blue rug/ plastic roll (?) Flew out the top of the truck and went whizzing past me, landing on the side of the road then 2 large pieces of wood flew out into the oncoming lane and was inches from smashing into 2 cars. I honked my horn and they just started speeding up, they didn't even try to slow down or stop to clean up the shattered wood on the road or the roll or check to make sure no one was hit by any debris.

I would like to thank Faye for her quick and kind service. Looking back I realize I called about 5 times regrading the same issue. Each time I was assured it would be resolved the following week .I was even told once I was the second stop that day ,nothing happened. When I finally called for cancellation I was transfered to Faye so glad I was her service was exceptional. Faye was was pleasant immediately understood the issue ,took ownership , and resolved the issue that day as promised.Thanks again for your outstanding service.

I honestly do not know how they have a 3.3 rating on Google! This company has been AMAZING! Becky W. has been awesome to deal with every step of the way. I was wanting to establish new service with a dumpster for our home/farm use and she followed up with me through every step, responded to calls, texts and emails in a very timely and professional manner, assisted me when I made a mistake on the original order, etc. I really cannot say enough about her and Republic. We had our first pick up on Friday and we received a reminder email that Friday was our pick up day and then received another email once the container was emptied. I am thoroughly impressed with everyone, especially Becky! Thank you for all of your help and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing trash service. Leo
