Even though russell was on vacation, he still took the time to explain what i needed to do over the phone, and then sent emmanuel over right away to check our hot water heater. By the next morning, emmanuel and joe came by with a new water heater and got it installed quickly and without any hassle. Before, they also found the real source of a leak and fixed it, which we never could have figured out on our own, and they got it done fast. I also asked emmanuel to put in a new kitchen faucet since i couldn't get the old one loose, and he took care of it no problem. emmanuel is always friendly and easy to have around the house, and russell and his team always make sure you're happy with their work.
