Really pricey and just keep going up. $800 for two dumpsters is a lot pricey and when we cancelled service it was a fee of $110 for each container and $85 for fuel cost. Un-called for and will not use ever again.

Terrible Company. These drivers ride around with no cover on their trucks and drive recklessly. They sent a large piece of plywood air born which landed on my truck, shattering my windshield. Spraying glass on my kid and I. I contacted them immediately and they admitted it was their truck. They said they would fix my windshield. They gave me the run around for a month and finally told me they wouldn't fix it. Would not do business with a company like this.

Republic Services dumpster service really has an eye for detail when setting the dumpsters back in place…. This is at the Shops at Reserve 10305 Quaker, Lubbock, TX on 01/24/2024. You had 1 job, come on man!!!

EDIT 12/28/23 It's now been 8 DAYS with out gas which means no hot water or heater. Still haven't heard from you all & i did email you on the email listed below! My mom now has to pay 3200 dollars for the plumber for the gas to get hooked up due to yall not able to her gas turned back on yet since you all can't get the insurance there to verify everything until 3-4 days. As if we have time for this nonsense She NEEDS to be reimbursed for this as this whole ordeal is not her fault..ITS YOUR DRIVERS FAULT. Horrible customer service. Their truck driver hit my mothers gas line while putting down the dumpster and they are out of gas for 5 DAYS (do no heater or hot water) due to no inspector available to get the gas turned on. He also knocked down an electricity pole on the other side of the block causing electricity issues. Nothing had been done to fix this issue, and republic is just brushing it off as if their employees are not going around town being distracted while driving.

My 81 yr old mom was actually the customer for 7.5 years of dumpster services and I’m reporting for her. They continually went up on her prices and did not pick up every 2 weeks as contracted. She called numerous times to question and complain especially over the last few years but nothing changed, despite her faithful monthly payments. She finally had had enough and found out when her contract was up so she wasn’t charged the cancellation fee to end services. A month after they picked up her dumpster, she got a bill for $254 for pick up fees, taxes ....when we called to question it and to ask why they had not credited her account for all of the times they did not pick up, they said they had no record of her calls! Her word against there’s. Shame on you Republic! You’re Full of Waste alright! Conveniently, there’s no record of complaints so you keep your money then charge a ridiculous commercial container fee for a 1.5 yard container! No wonder your ratings are just 1 Star which is more than you deserve!
