I pay my bill every month and notice that my service was not provided today. I call them and they tell me they have canceled my pick up due to my changing my phone number and not giving them the new number. Seriously! Apparently there was a 40 dollar late fee for them sending me an invoice, yes they are charging me for billing me so I pay it and now they tell me they won't come till next Thursday. 7 more days. Time to find a different service. I have literally been with them for more than 20 years, my dumpster is in bad condition with holes all on the bottom. I'm so done!
Dumpster was.overflowing last week. Did not come on schedule. Called, and the woman said she would call back.she did not. Trash is piling up in the house, the deck. Etc. This week, skipped again. This was a major problem a couple of years ago, but it got better. Now they're back to their old ways. Now I've got three weeks worth of trash just sitting here stinking!
I receive my bill hardly ever. I finally complained enough it was fixed up until October. Came home to find my dumpster gone with no warning. Would definitely not be recommending them ever to anyone
I have always paid my SOS bill when I receive the email invoice. SOS failed to invoice me via email for two months which means I could not pay my bill through Quickbooks like I usually do because there was no link to the invoice. An employee told me by phone that they hadn't had anyone hired in that position so they had problems during that time. Their invoices picked back up a couple months ago and I resumed paying.
A week ago I received a bill for those two unpaid invoices and I called them multiple times before I reached Linda. Linda said she would email me the invoices again so I could pay them. It took her several days to do so and I received the email yesterday, which I paid last night.
Today, the trash truck drove by and skipped my house, which it also did last week because the local dump closed early due to high winds. When I called only minutes after the truck passed my house to straighten out the matter, the manager acknowledged having received my payment last night but said they hadn't processed it in time this morning so she would not tell their truck to turn around and pick up my trash. She refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the mix-up and insisted it was entirely my fault because I should know the bill is due the first of the month without receiving an invoice and just pay it automatically.
Despite my account being paid up as soon as they did their part by sending me accurate bills, I now have two weeks of trash piling up with a third on it's way.
From the month of October to November our trash got dumped 2 times. Now here we are December 19th & still is not dumped. SOS expects full $57 a month payment for services they’re not providing. Their dispatcher is rude, inconsiderate, and very non professional. When called to inform them once again our trash hasn’t been dumped, and from now on I will only be paying $14.25 for every dump.... he informed me that they would just come pick up their dumpster. I would never recommend them, worst service ever.... and if you try making things only fair so they can’t rip you off it just ticks them off even more. Pay the few dollars extra a month and go with Caprock, or Duncan. At least their business isn’t out to rip you off
