I’ve had several dealings with this company over the last couple days. Pablo is great. I came in a few days ago to get a IPhone 13. The phone conversation and in store customer service was outstanding . Today 02/15/2026 I returned to the store and purchased a iPad. Again I was treated like family.
We brought our shattered phone in for repair. When we picked it up, the new back glass was already broken and the side button no longer worked. Less than 24 hours later, the entire screen stopped functioning. We took it back, and they refused to honor any warranty. I would not recommend this place if you don’t want to waste your money and end up with a phone that still doesn’t work.
ExoTech has excellent customer service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who truly go the extra mile. They offer great deals on pre-owned phones and also sell prepaid phone plans, making it a one-stop shop for all your mobile needs. Their repair services for phones and iPads are fast and reasonably priced, and I really appreciate that they offer both budget-friendly and premium screen options. Highly recommended!
Exotech provided the best screen protector I’ve ever used. It fit my phone perfectly with no issues at all. The quality is excellent, and on top of that, the staff was very kind and helpful.
