Very happy with this business. We had to replace an iphone 13 screen and have also gotten advice from them on a MacBook. They are very nice people and they offer efficient, skillful repairs for a much better price than the chain stores.

My grandson dropped his iPhone and cracked the screen saver and cut his finger. We found Boston iPhone Repair just down from where we were all having lunch at Mr. Bartley's Burgers. We walked up the very steep flight of stairs and found the kindest, professional, lovely man who removed the broken screen and carefully put on the new screen. He could not have been more generous! What a lovely experience.

The screen of my iPhone 15 Pro Max had what I thought was minor damage I could live with, but the day before a long trip the black spot at the bottom of the screen began radiating multiple bright green lines. Ned was able to replace the screen that morning as soon as the shop opened, and I was on my way 15 minutes later. My wife and I have previously had screens to our iPads replaced here as well. Always good service and good advice.

They are very knowledgeable and experts in their craft. My iPhone was brought in for water damage that prevented the phone from charging and producing a display. Ned reworked and restored the phone in record time with immediate notification on the work performed. Highly recommended without a doubt.
