Reliable Parts

Didn't have all the parts I needed in stock.

Drove 20 minutes called 3 times phone was busy the entire time by the time I pulled up the phone was still busy I walk in of course I can't get the part they can get it to me in 4 days wish I would have known this before I drove so far the men Giggle when I said I've called 3 times and the phone was busy What a waste of time

Called and asked for parts availability on a generic whirlpool dryer motor, was told they carry them and almost always have on hand, and reps in the store could help if I didn’t have the model number. Showed up and reps refused to even look at pictures of the motor and wouldn’t even try to find something that worked. I’m sure their parts and availability are great but if you can’t work with me to find the part then I’m just wasting my time.
