Had many great experiences with this company for all types of appliances and brands.. Have been using them for over a year for all 5000 rental properties. They won vendor of the year in 2025 for best home service company in the industry for property melds vendor nexus system. If you want an appliance repair company thats reliable and open 7 days a week, this is the company to call without a doubt. They service over 40 states.
Terrible diagnosis that was inaccurate and the tech was there for 10 minutes and we have that from the tenant. $65 for a diagnosis that was not correct at all, even based just on symptoms we listed out and asked other companies/service providers for what they think over the phone. Without having to come out, other professionals can tell the diagnosis we got was wrong so this service requested from Appliance Repair Professionals was a waste of time and energy, caused frustrations, and led us to not be able to trust yet another vendor from our property mgt co, unfortunately (not to say they're all bad). When I called several times to complain, they would not reverse the charge, and the call center was definitely not in Tempe or anywhere in the US, but overseas. I was able to understand the CSR, but there was a lot of transferring me from dept to dept, only to get nowhere. Finally, it took several more back and forth and for our PM to request that they reverse the diagnostic fee before ARP finally remove the fee. We got a handyman to fix what WAS actually amiss and it was just a simple hose connected to the appliance in the wrong position. Will not use this company again.
I called for help with my oven, and the technician was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. The repair was done in a timely manner, and my oven is working like new again. Great service all around!
