Realized one of our heat zones wasn’t responding to increased temp setting on the thermostat. Called and left a message - Mike called me back within a half hour and showed up at the house within another half hour after that. He diagnosed the issue and found a couple of others that would have needed replacements sooner than later. He had everything he needed on the truck and was able to make all the repairs during the same visit. Very professional and personable. Explained everything in plain language. I’m very happy with the entire experience w/Mike and Regional Heating and Cooling. Happy to have a competent and fair priced heating and cooling service in our town - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

There are not enough stars to rate Regional Heating and Cooling. The owner, Mike, was beyond professional, very reasonably priced and, most importantly, ON-TIME. Likewise, his team was very professional, polite, trustworthy and respectful of our home and concerns. Mike kept us informed throughout the entire process, which is something you do not see too often these days.
