Terrible customer service. Gave me an estimate for a motherboard and said they would call when it was ready. A week later and still no call. Tried calling them several times to no answer. When I finally received a call back they said it would be another couple days. Three days later they stated the order for my motherboard was cancelled because the parts vendor said it “sounded like a scam”, whatever that means. When I asked when they were planning on calling to let me know, the guy I spoke with said he didn’t know. They’re either using shady vendors for parts or just don’t know how to communicate with them.
