That kind of honesty and passion for watches is rare. You can tell these guys genuinely care about their craft and their customers. They were knowledgeable, patient, and treated my watch like it was their own. Most places would have charged or said it wasn’t worth the trouble — Reagail just helped because that’s the kind of shop they are.
