I needed a battery for my late's sister's watch that was gifted to me by my brother-in-law. I remembered my prior to visit to Morgan Jewelers at the Red Cliff's mall when my husband and I went shopping for diamond studs. They were to be a gift to my teenage niece who was about to be able her first pair of earrings having recently had her ears pierced. Two young clerks helped us pick out the perfect earrings. The clerks were so personal and helpful. I remembered that andI chose to go to Morgan Jewelers again. My more recent experience was equally positive. The jeweler was very attentive and took care of my needs immediately, professionally and kindly. I would certainly recommend these jewelers to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

I come here for all of my watch issues, fortunately all very minor, but Eric and the team are always enthusiastic, helpful and beyond courteous. Always a pleasure coming in and sharing random quotes from The Princess Bride while having a watch serviced. They have also done a first rate job repairing gold necklaces for me and i dont hesitate to recommend Morgan Jewelers of St. George

Check out the professionalism you will find at Morgan Jewelers if you need to get a watch resized. I met the Store Manager aka Eric Wall, and this guy is living proof that customers are still valued and treated with respect. The store also happens to have a lot of beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices. I would recommend this place and its manager to anyone seeking quality delivered with kindness!

Customer service is second to none. Thank you Melissa, you are the best. She replaced a battery in my Tag Heuer watch, paying great attention to detail. Very friendly and showed great attention to my needs. She and other staff had great customer skills. Now days, this is such a breath of fresh air. What a beautiful store and superb professionalism with staff. I'm moved recently to the area, MORGAN JEWELERS will be my go to, for my future jewelry needs.
