Brandon and his team were wonderful to work with! We had gone to multiple jewelers around town about fixing my wedding ring, and we weren’t impressed with any of them. Our experience here was completely different from the moment we walked in. The young lady who helped us was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And Brandon was very impressive: skilled, personable and professional. He communicated with us directly throughout the entire process to make sure he knew what we wanted and we knew what was going on. We always felt we were listened to, given options and ideas and like they were genuinely interested in helping us get not only what we needed, but what we wanted. Brandon truly seems dedicated to providing the highest quality work at incredibly reasonable prices. 100% recommend and will go back for any future jewelry needs.

Sooooooo incredibly happy with my ring! I had an idea in my mind and Brandon made it come to life! When I came to see the progress of the ring, I was happy to move forward with everything we had discussed as it mostly matched what I had asked for. However, I received a text later that he wasn’t satisfied with how it was coming along and that he decided to start again. He made a whole new band, different from the one he had just made, and this time it was absolutely perfect. Not just close to what I had asked for, but exactly what I was hoping for! It may have taken some time, but I’m glad to know it was in such good hands and that he really cared about the finished product! I would 100% recommend Brandon Adams Jewelry!
