Reeves recently installed a 450 ft. Khaki PVC fence job for my homeowners association in St. John. We had received 6 estimates from various companies. Kim came out to our meeting and showed us samples and answered all of our questions. Although we had a little wait, we were so impressed once the fence was installed. The installers were great to work with. They were so professional and quick with the installation. I would highly recommend this company. You get what you pay for. This company far exceeded our expectations.

As a business owner, I’m slow to leave bad reviews because I understand not everyone has a good day at work but nothing with my interaction with Kim and the company was positive. She wasn’t pleasant to deal with on the initial call nor at my house - not sure why so grumpy. She said they only fix fences they install which mine they did. I sent her photos of the section damaged and she sent a quote. The quote was stupid high so I called for clarity and we decided to meet at the property to review. At the property I understood what the quote was for and the price was still high as heck for a 1 panel repair. I was willing to pay it because it’s a unique style fence that other companies don’t have the material to do. She said she’d review with owners and get back to me. When she responded, they declined to do the repair because they didn’t do the install. Yet permits with the city show they did the install. You’re welcome to turn down business for whatever reason but don’t lie you’re turning it down because you didn’t do the install. I’m installing a 400’ fence at my office with retracting gate and Kim asked me if they could bid it. Yeah- no. Edit 10/7/25 after company reply- I have an 8' section that needed repair at the top after a deer attempted to jump it. Your comment I was not willing to repair it properly is another lie. I was willing to make the repair but Kim stated she had to get the owner's approval Monday. Again she was at my house to clarify the bid since she wasn't making sense over the phone. While at the house she pointed out some other areas that could be fixed and some missing finials. i told her to include those additional areas in a separate bid and I'd let her know if I wanted to do the one section or everything. When she responded Monday, she said you didn't install it and therefore would not repair it. That's a boldface lie because your company pulled the permit with the city and installed it for the prior owner. The fence guy I spoke with prior recommended I call you because he worked for you and was part of the team who install the fence. Again, if it's too hard a repair for you do to, that's fine. but there's no need to be grumpy day 1 with customers and lie about why you wont do it. If your customer service lady is lying about small stuff- how much more on a 50K fence install?

We are SO HAPPY we went with Reeves for our fence. We got quotes from 3 fence places before starting the project, and while they were all in the same ballpark as far as price, Reeves had the best pricing on the tan fence color we wanted. After we got quotes we also needed to amend our plan, and Maria from Reeves was the only person of the 3 fence companies who got back to us in a timely manner with new quotes - one of the other companies never even replied to my email or voicemail. She was very flexible with us on timing to come collect our deposit check as well. The job also started on the earlier side of the lead time they estimated. As far as the install, the crew they sent was fantastic. They were polite, professional, and did a great job of involving us in the process to make sure everything was staked out to our satisfaction. The whole job was done in under a day. Could not have asked for a better install crew. Most importantly, the fence looks fantastic. They worked hard to make sure everything was lined up perfectly, even cutting out part of an old stump. I would not hesitate to do business with Reeves again.

Reeves was great from the very start when I requested a quote online. I had requested quotes from several other companies and never received any communication. Kim form reeves sales came to my home, was honest and open about questions I had so I could make the right decision. The communications with the office were on point as well. My wife and I were shocked at how quickly they scheduled the install. On the install date the gentlemen that came were extremely professional and hard working. They asked questions and listened to my concerns which made me feel comfortable I was in good hands. I've had fences installed in the past at other homes but this by far was the best experience I've ever had. Thank you Reeves!
