We had a very easy process from start to finish with Appliance Pro. They were able to get us scheduled within a few days. The technician, Andrew, was great. He clearly communicated, was efficient and was able to fix the problem. They had the part on hand and within an hour we were back up and running, for a reasonable bill. Would definitely recommend Appliance Pro for your repair needs.
Technician Stewart was great!!!!! He was very professional and had a great personality!!! He even handled me being a jerk about the price very professionally. The price the company wants to charge to fix a washing machine... not so great. For what they want I can get a brand new washing machine!!! Thanks but no thanks!!! Time to go shopping for a new machine!!!
We have used the same serviceman twice now and he is absolutely wonderful. Everything he works on has been fixed quickly and we have had no problems since then. He also educates us on how things work and what to do and not do. I will never use anyone else.
