Solutions and Improvements

I wanna start by saying I've lived in Munster for 30+ years and wanted someone that was local to come remodel and raise a second floor to my house. I always paid on time and in full along the way there were a LOT of hiccups, and once we came to the end and had a punchlist to take care of you guys were nowhere to be found going on four months now still waiting Your workers were hard to communicate with, but very hard-working guys Plumer great AC guy installed the AC sideways still waiting on driveway to be repaired and the front yard to be fixed and you told me once you leave it's hard to come back to a project. I don't see it that way because until you finish everything on the punchlist, the project is not done Yet. You were paid in full and I was following your protocol.

Great job! Had them replace my cement cinder blocks that were damaged from years of neglect by the previous home owner letting the gutter drain directly next to the enclosure leading to my basement, which was also built at grade. They replaced all the blocks and added an extra row to get above grade. The time frame was a little longer than expected but I would rather have that then be rushed and done poorly. Overall I would highly recommend Solutions and Improvements and plan to use them with upcoming projects.
