I wish I would’ve read the reviews before dropping off two of my nailers for small repairs. I paid 40 to drop them off and then was billed 160 for the repair work (without checking in with me before proceeding with the repair). The tools themselves cost $120 each brand new. Then, when I went to pick them up during business hours, the doors were locked and the lights were off, but I could see someone walking around inside. Not a good look and not good service

Terrible service! I would not recommend them if you want good customer service and a timely repair. They had our rider for over a month and after a run around on what was needed to repair it and charging me $$$$ they brought it back in the same condition I gave it to them. They said it needed a new engine and would check on one and give me an estimate. I had to call several times to get a response and then a week later they came back with a higher estimate saying they quoted the wrong price. It’s not the same Reeds it was years ago.
