Such great service - speedy, helpful, and reliable! This place is a hidden gem on the East Side! They not only helped fix my old iPad screen that Apple said was too outdated for them to fix themselves - Metro did it! - but they also had great resources for protecting it with a great case and glass cover. The customer service surpasses expectations. I would recommend 100%!!
I don’t know anything about this business, but it is not a good place for a UPS access point. They have very limited hours and are closed on the weekend. UPS will only attempt three deliveries, including trying on Saturday and Sunday when the business is closed. They will attempt and be unsuccessful at delivering to this business during their normal hours. It is a huge headache. Choose another location. They couldn’t deliver my package during two business days, one for an unknown and opaque reason and once because it wasn’t open yet. The final attempt would have happened on a Saturday when they’d be closed. It cost $17 to change the delivery address. They’re probably perfectly friendly people running an otherwise lovely business but this is annoying.
We dropped off a UPS package off here. The guy who helped us was chill and friendly but the place smelled strongly of piss and we were initially confused if we were in the right place. Good people but the storefront could use deep cleaning and remodeling.
Totally amazing and faster than expected, wasn’t expecting it same day but it was also refreshing was the price, not that bad. I have to highly recommend them for whomever is inquiring. From Amber Dawn
