DO NOT USE! I paid for a car key with remote and they never made it. I was told they had to “order the part” AFTER I paid and then they ghosted me. Their overseas answering service was no help in resolving the issue. Pick another locksmith, this one is dishonest!

BEWARE!! I called them to program and cut a key for my Econoline. They quoted me $175. After they were done, they charged me $520 without explaining any of the items from the invoice. I called asking to speak with the manager and explanation of what the charges are. I called 5 times, every time I was ignored... Then they sent me another invoice with all items different from the original invoice. Attached is the original invoice - I'll note again - this is for cutting 2 keys and programing them.

We had a member of the team come out to install a smart lock. Unfortunately after leaving we noticed the smart lock wasn't level on the door, a piece of our door was chipped from the installation, and everything was an upcharge (for instance having the strike plate line up). Overall, we were pretty dissatisfied with the service.
