J & B Boot & Shoe Repair

Recently had a pair of dress shoes repair and polished at J&B, I will definitely return! One shoe needed a new heel and the work done was beyond expected. Quality craftsmanship and the shine I got on the shoes is incredible. Only accepts cash, old school operation at its absolute best.

Jim is the best! He was very earnest about what was possible to fix on my various damaged shoes. He also did a rush job on one pair that I wanted repaired before a trip and he finished them so fast. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend his repair services.

Thrifted these Ralph Lauren boots for $7 and figured I would take them here to get them in perfect condition. $20 later and they look brand new! Some minor scuffs on the bottom from the vice I guess, but that’s bound to happen. He got the job done in less than 5 hours too!! Highly highly recommend this guy and will be giving him all my business from now on.

Jim is a wizard! After weeks of unsuccessfully trying to find somewhere to repair my husband's leather messenger bag with fabric and a zipper that had torn away from the leather, I asked him if he could do it. He fixed it within 2 weeks, and it's as good as new! Jim does high quality work, is reasonably priced for what I requested and provided an accurate estimate of when he'd be done. Will definitely be taking our shoe repairs there from now on! Pug for scale and also he would not get out of the frame.
