Jim is a wizard! After weeks of unsuccessfully trying to find somewhere to repair my husband's leather messenger bag with fabric and a zipper that had torn away from the leather, I asked him if he could do it. He fixed it within 2 weeks, and it's as good as new! Jim does high quality work, is reasonably priced for what I requested and provided an accurate estimate of when he'd be done. Will definitely be taking our shoe repairs there from now on! Pug for scale and also he would not get out of the frame.
