Called Stephen late morning on a Friday with a somewhat urgent request to have our office door rekeyed. Stephen squeezed us in between appointments. He showed up within the proposed time and was super quick with our door. He was personable and very friendly. His prices were fair and reasonable. Definitely call Stephen and Golden Lock for ALL your lock and key needs.
Stephen was very courteous and helpful with respect to a front lock issue that required his insight. He was kind enough to talk me through the best choice available when replacing a lockset. He also changed out our locks very quickly!
