An honest business that wants the best for you I spoke with Josh about my dell XPS 15 that wasn’t turning on and I had replaced the battery on. He walked me through all the likely problems and even recommended me to the people who could actually help me get it fixed. It’s not that often that a business puts your needs before theirs and it’s greatly appreciated. I’ll definitely be back to them with any issues in the future and can confidently recommend their business if you are having computer problems.

We called around to see who could fix our HP printer. Although Josh Miller of Kauai Computer Repair said it was not worth fixing, he was the only computer repair person who took the time to give us excellent consultation and recommendations for purchasing the best computer and printer in the future. We really appreciated his generous professional assistance and will call Kauai Computer Repair in the future when needed. Josh also said he can work remotely. That means we can call Josh from Victoria , Canada and he can help us set up our new computer and printer , even though he is on Kauai. Thank you ,Josh for your generous spirit and expertise. I use Kauai Computer Repair for all my computer needs. Not only has Josh installed hardware, software, and fixed my laptop, but he takes the time to explain what was wrong and how it is fixed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and does not get frustrated like I do... he just keeps focused and fixes the issue!
