I had an excellent experience with Reading & Son Plumbing Inc. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire process was handled with professionalism from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how informative he was — he didn’t just fix the issue, he also gave me helpful tips on what to do in the future so I wouldn’t run into the same situation again. That level of honesty and customer care is rare these days. I would highly recommend Reading & Son Plumbing Inc. to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbing services. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need plumbing work done.

My water heater quit working and the company that installed it quoted me $1400 to repair it. Water heater is 3 years old and they told me that parts and labor are only under warranty for 1 year. I called Reading and they were able to have someone out in about an hour and the problem was fixed shortly thereafter. Turns out, the parts for this model are still under warranty despite what the other company told me. Reading only charged me for labor which was reasonable. The employees (office and techs) were all very courteous, professional and efficient. No high pressure tactics to upsell or get me to join some maintenance program, just honest work for honest pay. Its never a good day when you need a plumber, but when you do, this is exactly how you should be treated.

Being a Veteran Myself, I really appreciate that most everyone with Reading and Sons Plumbing are Veterans as well. Brad came to Our home and was great!!! Very professional and explained absolutely everything He thought, and why it had to be that way. He answered every single question I had, and to be honest; I can be a nuisance at times as I will literally ask whatever pops in My head to cover whatever spectrum. Brad took it in stride and explained every little detail, including the quote price, and any additional fees such as: parts, labor costs and such…. My experience wasn’t like just getting a quote from a company to get work done…. The experience I had, was like having a Family Member in Our home and talking about how they could help Us correct the issues We were having. The quote price was shockingly far less than I ever expected, so I agreed to have the work done. And let Me tell You, I am so very happy that I did agree. Brad came back to do the work. He was on time, very prepared, and very efficient…. He then took Me and showed Me everything that He did and explained why he did it, reinforcing that initial feeling of being part of and helped by a Family. Was just so comforting in todays world. Brad showed a pride in His work, that is sadly very rare nowadays. I even threw an extra question about filtration for Our water in Our home, Brad took the time took explain what He thought was the best and most affordable option to help Our situation…. After His explanation, and seeing the work with the experience…. I asked if He could get it done ASAP, and sure enough… Brad was here and had it done within a couple of days literally from Our conversation. Was so nice to be assured that I made the right choice with Reading and Sons Plumbing, as I was skeptical in the beginning because We’ve never had a Plumber in Our home to have work done. But now, I proudly tell anyone that even mentions plumbing issues… that I am a Reading and Sons Family Member and confidently refer Reading and Sons to everyone including those I love, because I know they are in very good and capable hands of a Family of a Company that will make sure Your issues are fixed and fixed correctly, before they walk away. Just knowing that or even me feeling that, absolutely says a lot, with Me not being a very trusting person. After the work I’ve had done and experience with Reading and Sons Plumbing, I will NEVER call upon or even consider another plumbing company whatsoever for any work!!! Thank you Reading and Sons for taking care of My Family in Our Plumbing issues and making it such a great Family experience. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!
