My appointment was for an 8-9am arrival. Jorge and Michael were waiting outside at 7:55. That's never happened. Then, they were in and out in less time than quoted, and did a great job installing our new water softener system. I will definitely be contacting them for future plumbing issues.
Very profession on the phone, everything documented by text and email in real time. Punctual arrival. Couldn't be better. Jorge was great, knew his stuff. He replaced my delta cartridge without issue, in and out, great guy.
Paluska plumbing was wonderful to work with! They were prompt, clear, and helpful in their communication and were very quick to respond when I had additional questions. They were kind and courteous when they visited and demonstrated accurate knowledge and insight into plumbing issue. They did excellent and quick work and at a reasonable price. We would definitely go to them again for any other plumbing needs
Service Tech, Luke, was polite and courteous. He got to the job of replacing our floor drain quickly. He explained what he did and did his best to contain the mess from the job. We are very pleased with the quality of work.
They came out today, were so prompt it caught me off guard, and were so pleasant, courteous, upfront and kind, completely honest and transparent. I want to give all the praise in the world to Jake and Dustin who came today and Paluska Plumbing as a whole, especially Naz who called and work with us on the scheduling. All 3 just absolutely top notch!!!! THIS is how to run a successful local business. Impressive isn't close to strong enough to describe this experience. I will ONLY use them in the future and I will absolutely recommend them every chance I get. Not only did they fix 3 different leaks and install 2 new faucets but they also corrected code issues I didn't know about all on the service call...all for considerably less than I expected to pay BEFORE knowing about the code issue (garbage disposal and dishwasher were run together, they made it separate traps as code dictates) Oh and they were super cool with my 3 old dogs too. My dogs are pretty good judges of character and they knew right away Jake and Dustin were good people. I know it is a small thing but it means alot in our eyes.
