I had a great experience with RCS. Brooke responded to my request for an appointment. She was friendly and helpful in getting me an appointment the next day. The technician Matt King communicated with me when he was on his way. Matt was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his job. He had my garage door fixed in less than a hour. He answered all my questions regarding future repairs and most of all he didn’t try to sale me anything. When it’s time to replace my garage door and system I will definitely be using RCS Garage Doors. Matt and Brooke provided excellent customer service. No complaints, a great experience overall. Highly recommend!
My wife and I decided we wanted to replace the original garage door on our 18 year old home. The door had multiple dings in its panels. The casters were loud and squeaky. The garage door opener was beginning to fail. It was simply time….
I didn’t go into this process blindly. I did my homework online, looking for the top rated Garage Door companies in the Denver-Charlotte area. My goal was to get three quotes from who I believed to be the “top three”.
I contacted three, to include RCS. RCS was the first to respond. They responded with in 24 hours of my voicemail. They were extremely professional, which I would expect based on their online reviews. On this call I scheduled an in person consultation for the following Monday morning.
The RCS tech arrived promptly, and like the associate I spoke to over the phone, he was extremely professional, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions, but also provided additional product insights tied to both the door and the smart garage door opener my wife and I had expressed interest in.
Because I had already done my homework online on the different door manufacturers, I was able to establish baseline costs if I were to purchase the doors at either Lowe’s or Home Depot. The top 3 Garage Door install companies carry either one or the other manufacturer product lines.
After some negotiation, and a phone call to his manager, we were able to find a number that I was comfortable with.
I had planned to meet with the other two Garage Door competitors, but based on my experience, their online reviews, the information that was shared, and their willingness to make a deal, I decided to move forward with RCS. The deal was done!
We scheduled the install for three days later.
Prior to the day of the install I received both an email and a text letting me know the name of my installer and the four hour block that he would arrive. Sure enough, with in the allotted block of time, I received a text that included a picture of my install technician, stating that he was on his way.
Once he arrived, he introduced himself and walked me through his game plan, stating it would take him roughly three hours to complete the project. We parted ways, and roughly three hours later I thought I would go out just to check on his progress. He was just finishing up on the garage door opener’s programming. The new door was up. All the debris from the old door as already neatly stored away out of sight in his box truck.
He walked me through some of the key features and told me if we had any additional questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to call the office and they and or he would address them immediately.
Again another example of great customer service and professionalism!

I can’t say enough good things about RCS Garage Doors. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
I first called after business hours on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised when they returned my call first thing Saturday morning. Not only did they call back promptly, but they were also able to schedule someone to come out that same morning between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. — something other companies wouldn’t even consider on a weekend. They explained that they do this because we all work and what better convenience than to have someone come on a Saturday. Smart.
Matthew, my technician, arrived around 11:30 and immediately introduced himself. He walked me through what he could install with the part I had purchased separately, and even upgraded my spring because he knew it would make the install stronger and longer lasting. He changed the belt, handled the install quickly and efficiently, lubricated the wheels, springs, and had my garage door up and running in about an hour and a half.
They also charged nothing to come out, consult and see the initial issue. My spring had broken in half.
The customer service stood out just as much as the workmanship. They were polite, followed up without me having to chase them, and overall made the whole process smooth. While the price was a little higher than I initially expected, the saying holds true: you get what you pay for. In this case, I paid for quality, and that’s exactly what I received.
I’d use them 10 times over and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. RCS is first come, first serve — and in my book, they win.
